Live Animal – No Return Policy At PersianPets.com, every cat/kitten is thoroughly checked for health, cleanliness, and proper care before handover to their new home. Because they are live animals, we maintain a strict No Return Policy once the delivery or handover is complete. This policy is in place to protect the safety, health, and well-being of our pets. Please inspect the pet in person or via live video call before confirming your order. We share all available health records and vaccination details with full honesty.
