Because we sell live animals, all sales are final.
For the safety, health, and wellbeing of the cats, we do not accept returns after delivery or pickup.

No Returns or Exchanges

Once a cat or kitten is handed over to the customer, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Health Guarantee at Handover

We ensure the cat is healthy at the time of delivery or pickup.
Customers are encouraged to carefully check the cat before receiving it.

If you face any concern immediately after receiving your cat, please contact us within 2 hours so we can assist you.
